Món is a Mallorcan craft brewing company. Currently we have opened our workshop / brewery in the middle of the Pla de Mallorca: specifically in the Plaça des Fossar, 20 of the beautiful village of Sineu.
In a globalized world where all products from all over the world are characterized by a progressive, boring and irritating similarity, in a world where big corporations try to monopolize the market with policies of globalized and uniformative production, we demand the specificity, difference and plurality, we bet on the richness of nuances and different options, and we apply it to our beers with our own ways and craft beer techniques. Because another World is possible! … also on the brewing planet.
The fundamental stimulus for our activity is to work to create and offer quality craft beer, close to the land and with a high interest in research and continuous experimentation from the multiple combinations of the three basic products of beer since more than five hundred years ago: cereal malt, hops and yeast. Only with these items and water there is an immense range of possible beers, a whole World of flavors and aromas: new, peculiar, intense, soft, curious … A whole World to discover, explore and taste.
